  1. does the manual not tell you to check your oil weekly if not daily?
  2. the rework has been in production for 3 months and as yet we have had none with faults, nor have techinical who i spoke to today 3 months of production is allot of cars!
  3. went there for a year and walked, thay have more problems and 5h1t than ford. they just cover it up better with better liars facing the customers than ford do :wink:

  5. new valve DOES fit i have fitted am and have just finished doing one now, there all same valve on 2000cc pm me ur reg number and ill pm u back
  6. pm me your reg number or do you know the build date? tsb 7/2006 models effected Model: Focus C-MAX 2003.75 (06/2003–) new valve, we fitt em to earlier build dates and have had zero come back, your being fed some poo im affraid
  7. have you ahd the latest tsb done with the voltage regulator? you may need a new unit as it should still tune to rds
  8. it your radio display read radio one when your tuned to that station rds (Radio Data System ) IS working. the update stops the RDS clock only. there is no fix, as the update is degigned to stop the clocks rds function as it does not interact with the HEC clock which it uses as referance on power up
  9. its not needed your radio is still rds but not the clock

  13. actually the reg number came up with those details from ford fmc data base, so it could be that your car is a ringer hence why no one can fix it! :wink: :mrgreen:
  14. can not remeber the recomended time but 10 mins a week would be fair i would say every time you select screem. demist it comes on anyhow
  15. when you take it to dealer ask then while they have wds conected to install the new unit, it needs coding to the car, (leave old unit fitted as they need to exhale the info from it) (both will work after this is done) depite all these so called experts on here that will say it will work, the way above is the only way it will operate correctly. also ask them to load the latest ACM (audio control module ) software as some would not see 6 disks and fail to eject
  16. no sorry, but to be honest i doubt you would have any issues with a warranty claim pm me your reg and ill make sure it has no actions outstanding if u like

  18. it was only oil filtre ask for proof they used ford parts, if your that worried pop to a ford rapid fit centre and get a oil and filter change
  19. thats what u need BUT cmax needs a small adapter, it winds and pushes at same time
  20. use the correct wind back tool or you will damage the caliper
