  1. Damn! I used to find the mudflaps very useful especially in the winter when we had the snow as all the dirt and grime would end up on the mudflaps instead of the side of my car
  2. Guys, i have the ms design kit on my mk2 and have also lowered it by 30mm (eibachs) will i have problems sticking the mudflaps on. I fitted them on my last mk2 without kit and lowering but not sure if i can do so now.... Sai
  3. My peugeot 206 was a 1.9 diesel and boi did it put me off diesels for life! I guess i cant really compare because it had the old diesel engines and not the new quiter ones. Regardless i'm a 'Tog gear' fan and if Jermey Clarkson knew i had a diesel i wont hear the last of it!
  4. Sup matie! I think the lowering did alot of good, looks much better 8) Whats next?
  5. cheers for the info Bryan :)
  6. double check ur mods are coverd mate, i sell car insurnce for directline and we wont cover any mods for anyone under the age of 25. only mods we will cover for someone under the age of 25 is window tints. Well all i mensioned that i have the ms kit but they said that was ok if i received it from FORD. Thats the only mod i guess i was talking about! LOL Dont you recieve staff disounts from direct line
  7. Since i got sea grey i didnt think the black lexus lights would suit to be honest but i've seen the Dark LED ones and its black but you can see the white LEDS which prob suit the car more... :? With regards to the angel eyes i've had one fitted on my peugeot 206 and it was jus simply taking old one out and plugging new one in. No rewiring needed i dont think! Not sure if the angel eyes for the Ford are the same. Regardless if they meant for the MK2 i'm going to get them :D  :P btw the black angel eyes are out of stock at european parts but will be in stock end of May
  8. yes mate got mine on eibachs as well and theres a diff in handling like Tony said. Will get some side pics posted later on. I got mine done by Ford and it was already on when i bought the car. :D Pricing really depends on the garages really but i would have thought the whole job would cost £200.00 with the springs
  9. I would have got a garage to fit mine :?
  10. £1,000 i think i'm going to faint! Thats Bull crap mate! Ford really need to sort themselves out! The Fords around here say they charge £50.00 for every 30mins work....i wouldn't havt thought fittin the springs would take that loooong anyways :?
  11. I mite just be ordering a few parts for myself now  Think i will be starting with the black angel eyes Headlamps and the black LED style lexus lights for the rear. :D The rear lexus lights i'm going to pcik up from a modding store nearby and the angle eyes from european parts! 8)
  12. Omg i think mines the highest  I'm 22 have only 1 years no claim bonus been driving for 5years and pay £1090 with Direct line! This includes all my mods and area courtesy car, legal cover etc etc.... I guess i should have started with no claims and paying for it now :( 1st car was a Suzuki Vitara 4×4 2nd car was a Peugeot 206 GTI...so i guess i wouldn't have been able to afford fully comp anyways!
  13. Mate i gareentee you will love the car! Sea Grey is the BOMB 8)

  20. ooooooh how long did it take you to write that? :o I understand what you have said mate but i think i need to bring to your attention that what i said was purly down from my experience. In this post i was only kidding around and i wasn't judging anybody and i dont remember asking you whether you was bob the builder either with your DIY experience. If you want i can also write a hugh essay and lecture you about the many people that i had to deal with, tho having years of experience wasnt very helpful. In my opinion mate you took what i said to some next level and made me out to be a d
