My local Shell are the same price as Asda and the car runs a hell of a lot better on shell than asda fuel - £1.24 per litre Its a Focus Saloon 2.0 TDCI Titanium X it does 50mpg on the 50mile commute to work but the wifes New CMax 1.6 TDCI 110 makes it look thirsty at over 50mpg when I am allowed to borrow it When she traded in the cmax 1.8 petrol 2 weeks later she said of the TDCI "You never have to fill it up" LOL

Auto express magazine shows the new 7 seat c max due 2010 looks like the brand new focus but taller - well it would eh? LOL Its slightly longer than the current one so the wife wont be buying/parking it then LOL Ignore the one on the web site its an old stretched one .

LOL supermarket fuels are best avoided

Jack17, I misread it as the title was privacy glass I assumed (Wrongly) he wanted privacy glass on the front which IS ilegal if it was tinted heavily enough to be of privacy!

Checked my lights today only to discover the drivers side front fog light lense cover is smashed (Gritting Trucks did for the windsreen last year!). Anyway my question is how do I go about changing this ? I assume its a complete replacement as the bulb wont last now? The optional sports pack /x pack normally puts bigger wheels on ? There is a free offer on for sports packs at the moment on zetecs not sure about Titanium

Well wife picked it up friday put a whole 70miles on it from new and no problems quite nippy really no rattles very impressed given how tight the engine is no flat spots noticable, not far off my 2.0 tdci saloon really on normal town driving got to 80mph on motorway with ease. Very very impressed ........... so far

Old Focus was 115 new focus and c max is 125

Picking up the wifes new C Max 1.6 Tdci Tango Red Zetec next week (One Happy Wife) But how can I tell if it is the 109 ps (as per order) or 90 ps engine without the V5 Log book which would give the emissions? Any ideas welcomed TIA :)

It will be the wifes car and she has driven a 1.8tdci mk 1.5 hatch before but that was quite quick, and some time ago. Thanks for all the replies.

Yes there are plenty of threads on the issue I cannot remember the solution rear bushes I think?? known issue. Do you find the 90ps sluggish at all pulling away?
