So basically, i have a really wonky zetec badge, looks like someone's just slapped it on. i also see an awful lot of foci with wonky badges. Poor finishing skillz by the ford car builders? What's the easiest way of taking the badge off, and putting it straight? i'm tired of looking at a badge that's on a wonk!!

Errrrrrm, ebay have a couple, e.g this one You could also get a nice shiny handbrake handle and matching gear knob to go with it, as it looks like you'll have to take the handbrake handle off, and the only way i could get mine off was by slicing it into little pieces. mine says the time, and the date. only when the radio is off, otherwise it just says the time. i don't think there is an option to turn the date off...

Was in sainsburys car park today, and i saw another MK2s brakes. they looked smaller than the ones in my car, so basically, do the different mk2s have different brake diameters? mines a 1.8tdci, and i'm sure the one i saw was a 1.6petrol

Right, just noticed this this evening, but when i turn the engine off, with the lights on or off, the air recirculation light on the button flickers on then off again for a VERY brief moment. it's enough to notice it in the dark, but not in the light. This is the only light to do it when turing the ignition off. the engine doesn't need to be running, jsut going from position 1 to fully off with the key. Anyone else noticed this, or is this the start of a gremlin?

i'd recommend taking the door card off, and then leaving it off for a couple of days. gives it a better chance of drying off! You get a wet bum today then?? :lol:

i get a bit of a rattle if the windows are half way down. lower them half an inch up or down, and the knock goes.

i liked the old version, but once seeing the new bumper, it makes the MS design kit look messy. Not too sure about the wheels too.. looks better though ;)

That is correct. if i'm uing firefox, right click on the image, then properties, then image URL. Highlight, and then C&P inbetween the tags. make sure that there is no slash, or as flickr likes to do, something like /v=?. Make sure it finishes in like, .jpg

Mondeo Focus

the ones from the mondeos are where the top of the plastic fascia around the radio unit tapers down from top to bottom of the plastic fascia. When i say that, i mean the top of the plastic is wider than the bottom. the focus version is square all round. i.e the top is the same width as the bottom of the plastic surround.
