hey, if you get lucky with changing the bumpers round would you be so kind as to take pictures during the whole process as maybe even post a how to guide as i'm looking to do it soon but to be honest not really looked at how to do it. and also what extra parts you will need. am i right in saying that we have to buy the ST fog lamps as they are different to the standard fog lamps?

i saw one in tonic blue not so long ago. first time ive seen one. looked good though, i have the bumpers to put on my tonic sport when i get round to it. but yeah, go for it

its a combination on the LX and the SPORT, as neither of them are available as a seperate model anymore i think. The interior is slightly different in that the CD player is round rather than square, and the cd player illumination is red, plus theres a new interior trim which is red down the middle of the seats i think. its all on the ford website, just build one on their site and you'll see the changes. it has been previously discussed on here and we all sort of came to a conclusion that it could possibly be the first changes to the facelift model which is still apparently coming out at the

The one's built in Germany are built near Cologne (Koln) i think

i think the pictures released here are the mk3, as this looks more than a mild facelift, a whole complete new model.

if thats going to be the ST version then i think the prefer the current ST tbh

thought the pillar looked a bit steep compared to the exterior image

the one in auto express on the website is designed by the same guy who designed the s-max and mondeo. looks pretty good actually, a bit of an astra back IMO.

how much is this gonna set us back then?

can anybody tell me if the foglamps are different between ST and non ST models? i know the surrounds are but was wondering if my fog lamps from my Sport can be used with the ST bumper? Many thanks

hello and :wel i have a 56 Sport and mine were already tonic, must have just changed then. i can't see there being a problem as loads of people on here do it all the time, and never mention warranty, but thats not a guaranteed NO though.

well its the same with all car companies i suppose, no dealer is cheap to buy parts from.

but then abruzzi is right as ford prices are quite steep, i'm sure that was his point

If you have to take your car into a garage (for example a Ford garage) due to a technical problem and they require to keep the car for say 2 weeks, are you entitled to a courtesy car, or does it all depend on the dealer you've sent your car to be fixed with?

can't say i have mate but i've had mine for 6 months and the power steering fluid pipes split, steering locked up big time, lucky for me i was about 2 miles away from a ford garage with only 2 corners to turn and got there and after a short diagnosis they told me it was a common problem with new focuses, but i ask why are there such things as common problems, if theyre common they should be sorted out before there is a problem.

It is easy to change, you have to take the stereo out with the 4 keys and then once thats out you unscrew the screws, take out the heating controls and then pull the facia off and replace with the older square holed one, i assume you can do this anyway, Tezza said you could.

it has been mentioned that there is usually a large gap between the end of the dash at the drivers side and the door card where as there isn't one on the passenger end. this is what it is like on mine, so yeah shoddy
