What like me... When i put mine on... i drove all the way down to Piper @ Kent (300 miles) and when i got there, i noticed that my bumper had started to melt where the exhaust gasses were blowing onto the bumper.... I suppose you could just cut this bit away, bit it would look strange with the holes there... Piper now offer the conversion kit: http://www.ffoc.co.uk/modules.php?name= ... c&t=183968

Think it should look good... you also have to take into consideration that you'll need a new exhaust if you are going to change the rear bumper into a ST bumper

Power Folding Mirror Update: MK2 Foci
Jamz replied to dave6202uk's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
Can you not get the old button where you have the alarm and the mirror fold in on the same button... when i test drove a mk2 focus for the first time, it had both buttons on -
Thats halfords policy, and the order wont be placed untill the till gets full payment.
-
As for ligality, there isnt really a law as of yet saying that you need to have washer jets for the xeon headlights
-
You wouldnt need the st bumper eather.... xeons were an optional extra on the focus, so all you need to do is cut a hole in the standard bumper, and attache the washer jets to the bumper (there is a square box on the back of the bumper telling you where to cut)
-
What are them mirrors off? a merc?
-
just use a hair dryer and they come off really easy

Anyone know where abouts it is? My local ford dealer didnt know where it was and said it was above the tank, and i dont think its there... so i told them i'll change it (took it in for a service and told them to do the fuel filter while it was in) So does anyone know where it is exactly?

That will be water from your scuttle panel then... there is a water pipe which collecs the water which goes down the scuttle panel, collects in the middle of the car and the pipe does straight down by the manifold... will see if i got a picture somewhere

I think tezza will be the man to ask about this -
Yep that is the correct adapter
-
The height of the stereo is double din,but the width is not double din... the width is larger which is why you need a fascia adapter. I would reccomend a jvc: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jvc-kwa ... -6471.html or http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jvc-kwa ... -6483.html
