  1. Yes i fit the sub and amp myself... ive had a sub and amp in both my focus's (i wrote the howto  ) Mk2 is way way way easyer to wire the amp in then the mk1... as for time, i would say i could do it in less then an hour! As for pics/sound clips... will see if i can get some for u tomorow
  2. well im running a double din jvc stero with a 12inch boston sub and audison amp.... nothing speaker wise as i think the standard speakers are great! It makes one hell of a difference using an aftermarket stereo!
  3. Dan, use soapy water to put the stripes on with... this allows you to move them/remove a part if you go wrong... then all you do is use a squeegee to get the water out (make sure you dont drive it untill the water has all gone, a hairdryer will help)
  4. Im sure the speakers are all the same across the focus range... IIRC they are a 16cm componet speaker
  5. slacker, Is that it! i know how you feel... i used to get less then that in my 1.4 as i had to kane it off junctions, else i would have got hit by an oncoming car.... 2.0 is a lifesaver
  6. I do quite a lot of motorway miles, as my house is about a mile from the motorway and everywhere i go is just off the motorway... i tend to keep it at around 60 on the motorway and feather the gas  Im skint this month so driving like a granny! 410 miles outta my last tank :D
