Hi Stuart... ive changed my suspension for coilovers, but fitting springs will be exactly the same as the mk1, as the suspension setup is the same.

They are just the bottom spec model fascia -
could be something to do with it being a fly by wire accelerator, but cant say ive noticed this myself

You lot do realise the exhaust is hidden behind the rear bumper, and the pipe has a bend in it so it points down.

Samr, Yours is the same as mine then... which means you also have the interior alarm sensors... Ill see if i can find the dual (alarm and sub lights) cluster somewhere, im sure ive seen it. As for the front bumper removal, it was a bit tricky... the rear is the easyest part. Front there are two bolts under the wheel arch's, which means u have to remove the front wheels, remove the wheel arch lining, which gives you access to the bolts (you can get away without removing the wheel if you have a MASSIVE extension bar.... but it makes life easyer if you remove it. Do you have an alarm on urs? If you do, there is a special cluster which has both the subramine lighting and the alarm bits.. If not, you can get away use a cluster with an alarm and converting the alarm bits to the lights

The clips are at the top, so just put the screwdriver at the top.

What stere do you have? is it the sony stereo? Are you sure you dont already have it? (usually located at the top of the glove box)

it just prises out, get a flat head screwdriver in between and leaver it out

aye drivers side zip tied to the chassis under the headlight, and then the passenger side slides between the ac pipes (if you have ac) it not, there is plenty of space to put it

zetecste, have you cleand them ;) Ive upgraded mine to HID's, best thing ive done, and im loving them especially at this time of the year... Ive added a howto in the howto section on how to upgrade to HID's

yep.. heated washer jets, makes them work quicker when they are frozen solid... these are activated by pressing the headed screens... you also get heated wing mirrors too
