  1. yeah but i also found this and that is bad :( her * * * * is too long :)
  2. yeah i think if you keep your car long enough, you can spread the big money loss you get the first year or so.
  3. yeah, the minute you have bought the car you lose the value your government adds to the price of a car by applying taxes. So that is alot of money that disappears in the void just right there.
  4. the ST, has it got lowered springs? Combined with the other three weels being 18". How does that work with a space saver wheel? Does it actually fit and is it possible to drive if so :)
  5. how many smiles per mile would you say are gained :)
  6. hey thx man! great colour indeed. I like it :) How is the colour holding out in the dirt department? Do you see alot of dirt on it?
  7. Does anyone have a picture of a ghia or titanium in sea grey?
  8. cool, i want to see it. Don't forget to take the 'before' pictures right now :) as in right now, show us :D
  9. do you have the car, or is it on order? ST gauges? what do you mean by that?
  10. what a nice car. If I had the money and the age to insure such a machine, I wouldn't hesitate. I really like the new ST. Pretty, attractive and fast, and not too boy-racer puff.
  11. it is a fact, for normal cars (100-200 bhp) a diesel is equal to a petrol engine performance wise, maybe even better as modern diesel engines really have a big torque advantage. Although I consider myself somewhat of a petrolhead, because I like the sound of a revving engine. The diesel sound is just dull most of the time and spoils the fun and kick. My mate has a new 105BHP whizzpopper Astra GTC 1.7 diesel, and although it beats the hell out of my 14 year old VW Golf III 1.4 petrol, I still like the sound of my engine alot more. Press always complains about diesels being noisy and latest mode
  12. those tinted lights in pic1 one are nice, but is that actually street legal?
  13. yeah i really like those alloys, good work from ford :)
  14. The ST made in Belgium? Is that right? That would sound really weird, as it is almost identical to a normal focus so why would they set up a full factory line, which costs a lot of money, just for one subtype. Also Belgium produces Mondeo and S-MAX I think.
  15. i dont agree because the ST is a car with a far better engine and better 'car' parts all around, and that is why it costs more. If they fitted it as standard, the basic ST price would be much higher. I think the ST is pretty low prices for the performance you are getting.
  16. so from what i've heard, the 109BHP TDCI is out of the loop, and is going to be replaced by one that is better for the environment, but also a bit more expensive. The 90BHP TDCI is a bit underpowered perhaps, so all that lasts is the 1.8 and the 2.0 TDCI engine. Now I don't know for you guys, but for me, being 23 and in Belgium, taxes and insurance are skyhigh with a 2.0TDCI engine, even if cut down to 136BHP (above this figure, taxes rise again, so car manufacturers cut down the power to 136 on engines that approximate this figure) So perhaps the only payable alternative for now is the
  17. something i noticed on the belgian ford site image: http://www.nl.ford.be/spg/getImage.asp? ... 31x267.jpg FordFocus GT Limited Edition http://www.nl.ford.be/ie/ford_gt_series ... _ed/-/-/-/

  19. isnt this the south-african/asian sport styling kit from ford? if it is, you can't get it here. :(
  20. After its two-year sabbatical, it's heart-warming to know that the fast Focus is well and truly back where it belongs - at the top of the hot hatch tree. sounds great!
  21. hehe great where did that come from :)
  22. tesscott6312, what interior is that? is that a ghia with leather seats?
