I thought that, but, it was nearer the front of the glovebox on mine when i took it out. Just pull of the tape and it hangs free like a scotsman's balls!!

Hey. I was playing around in the boot the other day and took the carpet off from the right hand side (don't ask, long story) I noticed a connector block behind the carpet that doesn't appear to go to anything. Does anyone have any idea what this might be for? I'm thinking CD changer but cant imagine why the loom would be fitted when theres nothing there? Then again, the wiring loom for the MP3 input is there and not used to does seem like a viable option. Any help, appreciated

HAHA :shock: wish I knew. Its not supposed to be. Think its a reflection of the light and the fact the pics were taken on the camera from ma K800.....3MP it may be but brilliant it ent!

Heres a pic of the damage. It looks alot better than it is since I managed to polish off all the paint transfer. There was a big indent below the window which has popped out but there's damage to the bump-strip, the decal and a large indent on the wheel arch.

Just goes to show how some dealers will rip you off sometimes. My local dealer tried to charge me £50 for fitting mine when I got it done for £4 HAHA Glad things are sorted though fella!

Like the wipers. That clean the windscreen then come on one more time after 10 seconds to get rid of any residual drips :D Found that really cool (sorry i get exited about these things)

If you did do it this way you wouldn't have to have it re-programmed. At worst you would have to put the code in so make sure you have it first!

Are you sure you arent activating the temporary indicator, that you can use when changing lanes on the motorway, when you terminate them yourself? I think that the temporary indicator feature is great for instances like above. Means you don't have to hold it on or terminate it manually!

You'd think so wouldn't ya! But no, its the same problem in my mates Astra Coupe. Although, one credit to the FPOS Megane Coupe I used to have was that the drivers seat didnt move forward when you let people in!

Sorry, it might be me being a bit thick but how could you fix the rattle by taking the door card off? I have a similar problem, the door creaks when reversing off the kerb at my home (down the lower part, not dropping off! Heaven forbid I crack my front splitter haha!!)

I used to drive a Ph2 Megane Coupe 1.6 110bhp and getting into the focus was a major difference. Now I drive a 1.6 LX and to be honest I have noticed an improvement in performance since buying it. It took a while to get used to the rev ranges and now I have the gear changes down to a T when I'm out playing (under the speed limit of course) Although, I do think this is more down the engine bedding in but I'd like to think the car is learning :lol:

Hey all, It's a sad day for my 6 day old Foci :( After parking it up in Preston city centre on Friday night I walked away thinking it was a safe spot. I come back 4 hours later to find a sone t*t has hit my car and done one. You need to pull the handle up again, keep the seat lent forward and push back. Its a pain in the backside because they don't go back to the original position! Which is why no-one is allowed in through the drivers side!! Hope that answers your question buddy!

I was the same with mine! A car is a she because if you treat a car like a beautiful llady you'll be rewarded! Clean it, care for it, treat it once in a while and drive it well HAHA Ok ok, I have too much time on my hands I must admit but all I can say it mine purrs when its revved right lol :P
