  10. Nick That is just * * * * poor service mate. All of your problems are fixable and your dealer has abeena complete lazy pancake for not applyoing the fixes. Here is what Iw oudl do. Call the FCRC in Glasgow - speak to a manager. Tell them what is going on and be fair, give em a chance to sort it. They will tell you the decent dealers in your area. Then if that does nto fix it - call FMC head office iN Warley - the number is in teh book mate www.bt.com. Ask for the FCRC Executice Office. Tell them that FCRC did not fix it and you are not happy. THen that shoudl fix it. THen wait f

  17. Dear All After all the troubles I now have a fully working, fully mended, very clean C-Max and I have to say thanks to the important bods at FMC (not the FCRC I am afriad) and to LifeStyle Ford in TUnbridge Wells who: - mended the hesitation; - completley refitted the handsfree kit so the microphone is in the right palce! the sound quality is fantastic - even mended the smashed speaker casing FOC. Ford have offered me a decent good will and so I am happy. At last the car is the car we should have had 7 months ago, just shame it took so bloody long. Anyway, drinks on me and thanks Lif
  18. Can I say better late thatn never???? Sorry for the delay - long story ......... Hope this helps C
  19. with two bnippers one 2 and a half and the other 3 motnhs we really needed the boot space of the max and the mrs did not want a standard estate. Wife drives it and it tiddly so eldest doesnot give her too much greif, but we had added one of those Tweenie activity things to the back of the drivers seat which although makes the tray useless it does help cushon the blow. As for the baby baby seat. We have fitted this into the middle seat using the three point harness thus leaving one seat for adults like Nanny etc in the back and means I can push the passenger seat back a bit when I am in it.
