it is cut out to fit over the standard arm rest,they send you velcro but i choose to screw it in place as it kept moving with the velcro

was told that the bumpers are painted in different factorys :roll: and then fitted to the cars

i told my dealer that i was aware of the miss match in colours and that i would not accept the car on delivery if there was a bad match.

garck i too have one of these fitted as im only short and need longer arm rest its padded so its more comfy on the elbow m8 well worth the money and easy to fit .

yet another smart looking mk2 with a kit,i agree they look far better withe a kit on.nice motor fella ,get it lowered like mine on 30 mm eibachs they look well smart lowerd and dosent affect the handling at all. 8)

garck,i did your ipod nano mod to my car yesterday i put it in the same place as yours :wink: :wink: :lol: ,works great on the aux,hope you dont mind me been a copy cat :roll:

i would stick to original pads, unless you travel at high speeds all day :roll:

be carefull with the green stuff pads as, they are a performance pad that only work best when you a are thrashing around at high speeds,I remember warping my standard discs on my mk1 with these :evil:

just as they are m8,give them a fine wet and dry first then undercoat and paint

He He ,twin auxillary for the sat nav and yes guilty a bit of chrome strip can you spot a little something on the ? YOU TELL ME :roll:

you still need key for steering lock, and you can still use the key to start car or just press the button m8, or you can wire it so you can only use the button to start

new kit dennis,i still think the other kit is better but thats just my opinion maybe you should stock the headlight eyebrows for future jobs ,will give people a choice with and without
