Ultra sonics are built into the light so its a swap the interior light and the wiring for the button is allready in place too , so its just a case of popping out the blank and fitting the switch , then a session on WDS i would imagaine.

You sould have 2 ultrasonic sensors in the interior light .

My ZX6R was down on power with a K&N on a dyno run , put the standard filter in and it went up by 2bhp at the wheel , the bike also had dynojet and a carbon can co race can , so you would have thought the K&N would add to it , it diddnt .

It was onlt because i threatened to smash his shell the 2nd snail backed off . the other nice thing about the scenic is it handles like a fat bird on a water bed compared to the c-max ,

i would give mine 9/10 . it was a fantastic tool , and once i had fixed the rattles the ford monkeys couldnt it was a very refined well build and rapid toolbox , i really do miss it . mr mcscotty now has it within the company i used to work for . so if you see AJ 54 DFE on the road give the chap a wave as he is piloting my old bus :cry:

Im driving a 1.5 dci scenic at the mo and its pretty rapid .only 1 snail managed to get past me today .....

More space , because the c-max is taller it is more comfortable than a normal car , plus if you are only carrying 4 adults shove the centre seat out of the way and move the 2 outward seats back giving loads of legroom ,also underfloor storage for odds and sods , as a family car its easier to live with .

Its a pissat thats had an pump up its ar se . yet to have seen one on the road , so it must be a good car :fadein:

I will have to agree with scottie , if you have kids on the way , the c-max is the better tool

TBH if you are keeping the standard HU keep the original speakers , and add the active sub as andy says

The sony will sound better , but you will need the bass drivers for the doors as well they are £17 each . also i think it needs to be setup on wds . also the rear tweeter holes wont be there on your car so you wil have to settle for 6 speakers .

My mk1.5 ghia did this , took it to the dealer , who had it for a day said they couldnt find a problem as "computer says no" got down the road pedal went to the floor , got shot of it .

Ive driven an LX c max and owned the Zetec , there is no difference in the setup . on the original focus the zetec did have sports suspension same as the mondeo zetec does but there isnt any difference on the c max

Nope , the mk2 focus zetec has the same suspension as everything else as well . i love the c max zetec wheels , miles better than the ones fitted to the focus .

its not a micky mouse design , you just have to be carefull when inserting the keys , the locking mech for the units are no different to what audi vw use , but if you let somebody just lunge at it and * * * * the pins up then it can be a pain and expensive to fix . i have managed to get some out before by using the proper keys and a lot of patience you have to "feel" the keys in , if monkey at the dealer went at it like a bull to a red rag then he has bent the things right out of shape , you could try dismantling the lower part of the dash and see if you can reach round to the unit to release

mine was fine in the c max , yes there are some cheap parts in the focus but its the same with the germans and jap stuff as well , look at what they have to put in a car these dasy compared to 10 years ago , they have to try and make money somehow
