You need to have an AUX button on your head unit for it to work with the standard AUX adapter

you should be able to go for the wider tyre... will help protect the rim from curbing aswell

Aye they had a 2.0 in from their friendly ford dealer when i sent an email a few months back

I did that a few months back, and they told me they are friendly with a ford dealer next door.... as ford just give them the car to do test on for this... so no development for the 1.8/2.0's

I wish everyone would use the same symbols for things.... was trying to find the earth, but ford seem to use a different symbol for earth

I think they actually need the other wiring in (the part which allows them to move when the steering wheel is moved) to work properly.... dont take me on that as im not too sure, but someone has tried fitting these before.

Does anyone know if the clutch on the mk2 can be adjusted? Mine has gone strange, and my biting point is nearly at the top of the pedal :shock: Just wondered if it can be adjusted so its back in the middle of the pedel?

TBH it wouldnt be worth the hassle trying to wire in the standard mic to the one you get with the stero.... its easyer to just run the wire to where the mic is atm

Its part of the main wiring loom, so the wires are there, but they are not connected to anything... Someone has already tried adding the button, but it didnt do anything

Its only the the st's which were fitted with esp... think its just a general light? As for recalls they are free

Aye WD40 shouldnt be used for a squeek like that... as has been said... you need grease, not oil

Your paying 180 for the stamp though :( I can easily do the service myself, but its that stamp which is what i need :(

I used to have philips bluevision bulbs in my mk1, they are 2x brighter then the standard bulbs... but i went for a HID kit in my MK2 and im well pleased with it :D
