OT: Which wheel for new shaped fiesta.
tesscott6312 replied to x-rayted's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
I like the first ones, but the middle ones will probably suit the car better. Then again, the third ones look the easiest to clean. I'm not much help then I'm afraid ! -
Just stick the horse on the roof-rack. It'll be fine up there with the wind rushing through it's mane.

Buying New C-Max - advice please.
tesscott6312 replied to Sallyann's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
Sallyann, I will also recommend Matlock Ford. http://www.matlockford.co.uk/ As mentioned by Harpo, they seem to specialize in C-Max's with extras including heated leather seats, parking sensors etc. Never come across the adjustable pedals though. How do they work and is it a quick process to lengthen / shorten them ? Welcome to the forum by the way ! -
Glad to hear no injuries but a bit of a * * * *er all the same! Sod's law isn't it

Think you've made the right choice! It's because of those alloys that I bought that particular design of chrome handle cover. The wheel centre caps had the same punched/drilled design, so I thought they would match really well. How wrong could I be. From memory, I paid about £37. You win some, you lose some I guess.

Keep an eye on Ebay. Picked up a new one there for £24 and they look so much better than the standard ones. They also come in five gear and six gear versions depending on what you drive. -
I purchased some of those chrome door handle covers for an Audi and when fitted they looked really naff. In fact, so bad that I ripped them off the following day. Tried to sell them second hand on Ebay and no one wanted them. A complete waste of money ! These photo's should put you off : See what I mean ?

Harpo, Funnily enough, I bought some of these the other week due to seeing them on an LX. Like you say though, teamed with the chrome grille surround, they should look really good. Just haven't had chance to fit them as yet. My main reason for getting them was due to the number plates being warped as both ends protrude out by half an inch. They look really naff, so thought I would use some sticky pads to bond them to the chrome back plate for extra rigidity. I also bought replacement chrome number plate screws to really finish the job off. They were really cheap off Ebay and also come in a r

Fiesta ST150 knob in a Cmax

While on the subject of knobs, if anyone out there has an Audi, I have one of these beauties to sell. Kept forgetting to stick it on Ebay and has been a nice keep-sake from the previous car. Just need to find it now amonst all the other clutter that I appear to hoard. -

Yes, a little shy but I have built up the confidence to dislay it prior to fitment : topgazza, Does the "ST150" one not look very similar to the Zetec one that you replaced, but with red lettering ? -
Spotted this while surfing around the forum. Should this be a model due to be released, any takers ? In standard guise : Ever so slightly modified :

Oh you say the nicest things ! Stop it, you'll have me blushing.

Do the Viagra pills not come in a slim-line version to fit into the slots. Not sure, but we could always ask 'topgazza' :sofa

Maybe someone could come up with a novel / unusual use for it. Answers on a post card etc. etc.

That rules me out then !

Never used it !

Without meaning to upset any other C-Max owners, I personally wouldn't go for the LX model as it is not as practical as the Zetec and above. The Zetec & Ghia has the specially modified and removable rear seat arrangement. Not sure if you have seen this, but you can either have a three seat arrangement or after sliding things about, you can convert to a two seat arrangement with extra leg and shoulder room. Also the middle seat converts to a picnic table rather like other mpv designs. As you will also have noticed, the LX has no alloy wheels or other gizmo's. Value for money wise, I would r

That's how it all starts though mate. First it's Transit, then Mondeo & before you know it ............. Escort !!! -
The question is directed to either Mastertech or Mastertek, Sorry if I have missed an important post, but have we got to the bottom of whether the new design of EGR valve is now available.
