  1. Was going to get the Alu 6 speed one myself but quite like the black leather one that is standard on the 2.0l TDCI Ghia. :)
  2. I've had a quick go, would like a larger image or 2 individual images to do a better job.
  3. Did you find it through Ford Direct?? You've got to jump on them quick when you see em!!
  4. Have you tried Ford Direct, I got a 6 month old 5dr 2.0 TDCi Ghia with Park assist, Sony MP3, Bluetooth Advanced Voice Control and 6k on the clock for 13K and a good trade in on my old one.
  5. Congrats, you won't be disappointed, which model have you picked up?? You can't beat parking assist, fortunately mine had it already when I picked it up.
  6. My Sony MP3 stereo seems ok with the time if you set it without a key in the ignition, go into one hour mode on the stereo and set it that way.
  7. Thats is rubbish, I have a heated front screen on my MK2 and use TomTom with no issues whatsoever. You might experience issues if you have a solar reflective screen but not a heated front screen That's right, I'm on my 2nd Mk2 Focus both with Heated front screens and no issues at all, never dropped a signal in 18 months of ownership of a TomTom One. Halfords are talking * * * *.
  8. I have the same issue, it does look messy when it drys.
  9. The Zetec Climate comes with dark headlights, maybe you get them on the Titanium if you have the Sports suspension option fitted :?
  10. Cool lights, can you let us know what you did??
  11. Not had THAT problem, I'm intrigued.
  12. Front one is really easy, just remove the one screw on top of the light assembly, then there are two spring type clips at the bottom rear of the light assembly - push them down to release and the whole light assembly comes forward out of the car. The next cover clips off sealing the access to the bulbs. It's in your manual anyway. Haven't done anything to the rear lights.
  13. Whats the problem, mine work fine??
  14. I got some Focus carpet mats, front and rear for £20 all in from a dealer, they have 'Focus' embroidered on the drivers one and it also fixes to the floor so there is no slipping. Decent quality too. Tezza will probably have the part number.
  15. Does any one know if the warranty is compromised by fitting the eibach springs :?
  16. Not as far as I'm aware, I've caught my foot on mine a couple of times, guess I shouldn't have clowns feet :D
  17. I had the 1.8 TDCi Mk1 before changing to the 1.6 TDCi Mk2 and the only difference was mid range torque for motorway acceleration and hill climbs, the 1.6 is a 16valve engine whereas the 1.8 is only 8 valve, fuel economy is definately better on the 1.6. However, I have just changed again to the 2.0 TDCi Mk2 - now that is my favorite. :P
  18. Yup, Definately worth the move over to the dark side. :D
  19. Not too sure m8, I was given £8500 for a March 05 1.6 TDCi Zetec Climate with 20k on the clock on a trade in for a July 06 2.0 TDCi Ghia. This was at a Ford dealership. Hope this info helps
  20. Where did you source your bulbs from Garck
  21. I am on my third Focus Diesel, just got the 2.0l Ghia and I only do around 8-9K per year. I love it, I don't worry about the cost of the fuel, economy to a petrol is better, a great fun car to drive, road fund licence is only £110 a year, its £15 cheaper than my girlfriend's 1.4l petrol Clio  You won't be disappointed.
  22. I'm on my 3rd Focus in 3 years, 1 mk1 and now my 2nd mk2, will be keeping this one for a while though, might even get to an MOT :?
