mate you should be giving them the bill for the repairs to the bumper, or even getting this "service at cost" free of charge. used to work for arnold clark myself about three years ago and I hated every minuet of it, so much for his slogan, Arnold Clark, Promisses Delivered, Yeah Rite!

i had the same problem with my 54 reg mk2 focus, not long after i got it, problem was fixed under warranty and havent had a problem since. -
my car needed new pads last year and ford quoted me silly money to supply and fit them too. my brother works in the car trade so got him to order me a set of ford pads from the same garage who serviced my car and fitted the pads myself, think ford quoted about £120 to supply and fit and i done it myself for under £40.

the rattle could be the tie rod ends, had mines replaced under the warranty about a year ago for the similar thing. as for the air con, could be a number of things, could be a fecked pump, or might need re gassed. im sure thye will get it sorted out tho.

Which 1.6 petrol to buy - the 98bhp or 113bhp
p5byn replied to monkeyboy's topic in MK2 - Ford Focus 2005 > 2011
hi there mate, my titanium has the 1.6 115 (113bhp) which drives much the same as the 1.6 98bhp which my mum has however when my car gets to 3000rpm it takes off. out of the two engines id opt for the 113bhp as it slightly has the edge over the 98bhp unit -
i sold my old titanium rims for £200
