  1. Before you go out and buy a set of these you will have to get a 4 wheel alignment check. This will let you know what size of camber adjustment kit to get.
  2. I don't recall anyone saying that they had fitted a camber alignment kit after fitting lowering springs but I could be wrong
  3. I picked mine up in Halfords they seem to do the job if I remember right they were just under the £40 mark
  4. It is pretty straight forward, you will need a lead adaptor as well possible a stalk control adaptor if you still want to us it.
  5. Do they very from model to model, I only say as last time I was under the car I spotted a large plastic cylinder beside the fuel tank that looked like a filter to me
  6. I had the same problem and it was down to my stereo as well, since I changed the headunit I haven't had a problem Try unplugging the stereo for a few days and see if it solves the problem, could also pull the fuse if it is easier
  7. Some black paint on the rear drums will work a treat they won't stand out too much then
  8. Nce they look a lot better than the rusty lumps that normally sit behind wheels after a year.
  9. I am sure that I read somewhere that any new car after 2001 had to have self leveling and washer jets fitted to xenon lights. But in any event if you do go ahead and get the lights fitted make sure you go to a garage and get them aligned correctly as they will dazzle other road users, oh and can gain a £30 from the police.
  10. Not sure on the cost but you would need to get the wire looms, sensors for adjusting the light angles and washer jets for the headlights.
  11. Here's a couple of piccies of my Kenwood stereo
  12. Better than what they told me "Open the boot slowly and the water won't go into the boot" fat load of good that did me.
  13. looks really good I have just done the same thing to my car well except the brows
  14. Not sure about where it tells you in the manual, I got mine from Tourquesteer
  15. I had a miss fire under heavy acceleration the new plus solved it, now the car runs smoother. I know on the ST it is a pain to change as you have to remove boost pipes and all the engine covers.
  16. The nology plugs are good I have them in my ST just now.
  17. It is a good system when it is up and running, I never had any problems with it.
  18. I have the stuff from Torquesteer it is a good colour match to my wheels. It is also pretty good at filling in deep scatches, not that I would know about that
  19. Got it spot on in the descriptions, I had to get my tracking done when the car was only a couple of months old. A good tell tale sign is uneven tyre wear, it will wear on one side more than the other. With the tyre weights it could be that one of them has come off, it does happen from time to time.
  20. It will cost you around £25 to have the tracking checked, they don't normally charge you unless it needs adjusted. But from what you say it sounds to me like the wheels need balanced.
  21. The standard ST comes with the a rack limiter is a pain with small turnig circle
  22. I used the mounting point under the seat for the seatbelts, seems to be working fine. You will hve to take some paint off first but is pretty easy job.
  23. I use the Thule roof bars and everything fits perfectly and leaves no marks Only thing is the first time you fit them you will have to dig sealant out of the screw holes.
  24. I can't imagine that fitting an extra air inlet will give you any performance gains. A single inlet will be more than capable of suppling the right amount of air to the engine even under high load.
