Agree. I like the bravery of the exterior design but don't think I could live with it!!

I had exaclty the same thing!!! As if the microswitch is * * * *#ed. I booked it in to garage. Next day went to car, it worked fine! Been ok since... I put it down to moisture in the switch. Pain though coz if you lost keys or battery runs out you cannot acccess the boot!!!!

Get the two litre diesel. Tonnes of torque and reasonably fuel efficient (well mine is!!)

It is just the four springs. Much stiffer and of course 30mm lower

I have had the Eibach spring kit fitted to my focus c-max. Same platform as the new focus I think. HAs made a WORLD of difference. Loce the look and more importantly the handling!!! It has not made the ride noticaby harsh and I have had NO problems with speed bumps (it is not that low!)

Not good really! Driving it at all is a bit of an issue, but to be fair the other way round, diesel in a petrol is worse! I reckon local garage is cheaper than dealer. I put about five litres of unleaded into my diesel once but tanked the rest diesel. Did not damage as far as I knwo!

There is a connecting port in the glovebox for Ipod and aux on the stereo. It os WELL worth the extra, sound is excellent. Having said that I have not heard the standard to compare it too.!

It would be really cool if they do, but I was told by fords in lakeside, connecting WDS is £60 labour!
