    I've had silver buttons in my MK2 for 18 months and there isn't a mark on them. Saying that I'm a nail biter so I have nothing to scratch the finish with.

    Can't do it I'm afraid. The perspex does clip out but the part that surround the dials is attached to it and there is no way to remove it as it;s quite fragile. :cry:

    No hole in car I'm afraid, it's just the hot air in the car hitting the freezing windows turning to water and freezing. :? Remember too that you mats will be soaking only making things worse. It's just one of those things I'm afraid.

    It was an option from a few dealers and one I would have without hesitation. Just get the rest body coloured, fit some fogs and you'll have one very tidy Focus. 8)

    MY MK2 does the same. I've put it down to the carpet mats being soaked thourgh causing bad condensation. Out with the Chamois. :(

    Sounds like it's goosed. Just turn the A/C on, that'll clear reasonably quickly.

    I've read somewhere that if you de-activate the passenger airbag and have an accident the insurance companies will turn the other way. :shock:
